Jackson`s is a leading manufacturer of Sweet Potato Kettle Chips cooked in premium, great tasting oils based in Muskego, Wisconsin. Our founders created the product after their son, Jackson, was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder. Their top priority was to find ways to ease his symptoms.
