Developed in 2006, the Metro New York & Southern Connecticut HERC is a collaborative response of member institutions to the many challenges of academic recruitment and retention. Of particular interest to the Metro New York & Southern Connecticut HERC is finding effective ways to assist the spouses and partners of faculty and staff to secure area employment and ways to address issues of faculty and staff diversity.
We offer project management and planning services through our staff of planners and architects. Through planning, we provide our customers with the essential information for formulating and establishing scope and direction. Through project management, we effectively represent the interests of customers and implement project goals through all phases, including pre-design, design and construction. We coordinate our efforts with various outside professionals and agencies involved with the project.
