Randy Gonzalez is drawn to business transformation. He got his first taste of it working as an accountant in the early '90s, when he was pulled in to help his company reengineer its business processes. "The constant learning, adaptation, and creative problem solving were very appealing," he says. "When the project was completed, I didn't want to go back into accounting." Instead, he chose consulting. We spoke with Randy about his ten-year run with Deloitte and how that led him to his current role at Chartis, the property casualty insurance division of AIG.
