The roots of Creative Solutions in Healthcare can be traced back to Granbury, Texas in the year 2000. Gary and Malisa Blake co-founded Creative Solutions in Healthcare that year and opened their first care facility; Granbury Care Center. Creative Solutions currently owns and operates over 49 skilled nursing and 13 assisted living facilities with it's corporate offices located in Fort Worth, Texas.
RTG Medical began operations in 2001. The company originally focused on recruiting and placing traveling Allied Health professionals in the Radiology field.
