When multiple agency contracts exist with a single vendor, we consolidate those contracts into fewer contracts (perhaps one contract) with that vendor. Fiscal Analysis & Planning: we provide budget forecasting, planning, and oversight for our internal operations as well as for existing and new statewide consolidation activities.
