Kansas Office of Information Technology Services was created under Governor Sam Brownback. Previously, OITS was known as the Division of Information Systems and Communication (DISC) and was a division of the Kansas Department of Administration. OITS is an independent agency, but the two agencies still maintain close operational relationships in several areas because the transition was never completed.
The Department of Regional Planning performs all land use planning functions for the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. Our services include long range planning, land development counseling, project/case intake and processing, environmental review and zoning enforcement for each of our County unincorporated communities.
The mission of the agency is to assist Nebraska counties in providing indigent criminal defense services, which are mandated by the state and federal constitutions and state laws. This agency also represents qualifying indigent prisoners under the DNA Testing Act and administers the Legal Aid and Services Fund and the Civil Legal Services Fund, which assist indigent citizens who are in need of civil legal services and cannot afford to hire an attorney.

ASET was formed in 2011 as a way to make Arizona government tech-focused, leaner, more efficient, innovative and sustainable working within a federated model with over 130 state agencies. In alignment with the strategic missions of state agencies, ASET develops and executes statewide IT strategies while providing capabilities, services and infrastructure to ensure the continuity of mission critical and essential systems for the state of Arizona. The goal of ASET is to transform Arizona into a national leader of advanced IT strategies, methodologies, services and business processes. The State of Arizona Cybersecurity Team is also a part of the ASET Office.
