And yet, as the collective consciousness has raised around us, we think that there is still a reckoning that needs to occur within HR. We are inspired by the myriad movements that have formed and yet, one of the most important audiences has been left out of the conversation so far: us. So, we sent out a test balloon in the form of an Instagram account. We began calling out our fellow HR professionals for being part of the problem, and calling on HR to figure out how to be the solution.
