The Director of Human Resources, HQUSACE is responsible for the staff direction and administration of a comprehensive human resources management program in divisions, districts and other field operating activities throughout the Corps. The program is designed to meet the human resource requirements of approximately 35,000 civilian employees and 500 military personnel, the program goals established by the Chief of Engineers, and the statutory and regulatory requirements of the OPM, DOD and DA.
