Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Professional and Associate Director of ADR Services. Directs the Board`s ADR training programs; developes and maintains the training curricula; delivers training to interested parties; and conducts facilitation and grievance mediation. Also remains active as a mediator in airline and railroad cases.
