Gary and Malisa Blake co-founded Creative Solutions in Healthcare that year and opened their first care facility; Granbury Care Center. Creative Solutions currently owns and operates over 49 skilled nursing and 13 assisted living facilities with it's corporate offices located in Fort Worth, Texas.
