About the Person
Steve Rubinow brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to his role as Catalina’s Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Responsible for leading all aspects of the global technology function, his focus is driving improvements to Catalina’s global enterprise architecture through technology development, implementation and operation, and enabling the company’s personalized digital media network. Widely recognized as an innovative and transformational technology leader, Rubinow served as CIO for Thomson Reuters prior to joining Catalina. Previously, he was CIO, CTO and chief innovation officer for NYSE Euronext, the world’s largest global exchange. Rubinow also has held technology leadership roles with NextCard, Inc.; AdKnowledge, Inc.; Fidelity Investments; Budget Rent A Car; Continental Bank and Quaker Oats. For many years, Rubinow served as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University, where he earned an M.S. in Computer Science. His academic accomplishments also include four degrees from the University of Illinois, including a Ph.D. in Chemistry; an MBA in Marketing & Finance; an M.S. in Chemistry, and; a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Chemistry.
