About the Person
Nigel Faulkner is a Managing Director and the CIO for the Equity Business at Credit Suisse. In this role Nigel is globally responsible for all Technology that drives the four main businesses that form CS's leading Equity franchise; Prime Services, Equity Trading, GAT and Equity Derivatives. Nigel is a member of the Global Equities Management Committee and the Investment Bank IT Management Committee. In his previous role Nigel was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he was the CTO for Equities and held various positions including the head of Securities Technology for the EMEA region. Nigel has a professional history based around a combination of systems engineering and corporate strategy and developed those interests while attaining his MSc in Management and Information Technology.
