Fonterra is a global, co-operatively-owned company with its roots firmly planted in New Zealand’s rich land, working to unlock every drop of goodness from the 22 billion litres of milk we collect each year and sharing it with the world. About the Person

Simon Paparone is a strategic advisor to the C-suite in global, IT-enabled business transformation. As an EY Advisory Partner, he generates superior and sustainable business performance for his international clients and firm through being globally connected, agile and leading by example. Simon works collaboratively with industry leaders in energy and utilities, consumer products and government to align corporate and IT strategies, establish high performing IT organisations and drive business outcomes through complex transformation. He acts with integrity, builds long-term relationships and brings strategic insights and innovative approaches to his clients change agenda. Simon is known for his outstanding track record of delivering successful business transformations; these include SAP, smart metering, M&A, business process excellence, strategic procurement and cloud computing enabled initiatives. He has worked on some of the world’s largest SAP deployments, including five years based in Europe in leadership roles and is a recognised thought leader in global SAP. Simon is also a trusted and inspiring practice leader who creates and develops opportunities by bringing together a team of professionals to help clients solve their critical business issues.
