Shiva S. Patibanda serves as the Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President and General Manager of In-Home Business at SeaChange International Inc. Mr. Patibanda served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at VividLogic, Inc. Mr. Patibanda is well known in the CE industry and has successfully licensed VividLogic`s software infrastructure to many of the leading CE devices. He is also the Chairman of Home Audio Video interoperability (HAVi) and a board member of the IEEE 1394 Trade Association. He had lead the Human Resources and Quality Management functions with Computer Software, Financial Services and Manufacturing companies. He serves as Director at 1394 Trade Association.
