The Center for Economic Inclusion is a cross-sector organization committed to strengthening the Minneapolis-St. Paul region`s civic infrastructure and collective capacity to disrupt systems and influence market forces to catalyze shared prosperity and advance an inclusive economy. The Center for Economic Inclusion is dedicated to advancing inclusive growth – by elevating data-driven promising practices, advocating inclusive policies, coordinating cross-sector, community-driven development, and piloting strategies that truly close the gaps.
Since 1982, Project Transition has provided hope and healing to adults with serious mental illness. Our members are part of a residential treatment community that promotes sustainable recovery. Each of our six locations is situated in an attractive apartment complex and located in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region.
Welcome to NLTRA.org, the information resource site for the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association! The North Lake Tahoe Resort Association (NLTRA) is a 501(c)(4) non profit public benefit corporation, established under the laws of the State of California and registered to do business in the State of Nevada. The NLTRA`s adopted mission is to promote tourism and benefit business through efforts that enhance the economic, environmental, recreational and cultural climate of the area. The NLTRA is an association of related and coordinated services provided to our members and the community at large. These services include operation of the North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce and the Tahoe North Visitors and Convention Bureau. The NLTRA has an agreement for services with Placer County. Through this agreement, the NLTRA receives Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) funds to provide a full spectrum of management activities for tourism marketing and visitor services for businesses of the North Lake Tahoe area. The NLTRA also serves as a partner with Placer County and other local organizations and agencies in the development and funding of infrastructure, transportation and strategic planning projects designed to enhance tourism and community quality of life for the benefit of all in the North Lake Tahoe region. To guide its work, the NLTRA has developed and adopted the North Lake Tahoe Tourism and Community Investment Master Plan (June 2004) which has also been adopted by the Placer County Board of Supervisors. All NLTRA Board and committee meetings are open to the public. We are committed to incorporating public input and participation in NLTRA decision-making. Consistent with these goals, this site provides information about the NLTRA, including ""Who We Are and What We Do"", a staff directory and organizational chart, a roster of our Board of Directors and committee members, an updated schedule of NLTRA Board and committee meetings, meeting agendas and related information, and a library of NLTRA documents and publications.
Through the use of a unique venture philanthropy model that empowers, develops, and educates youth-centered organizations, Youth INC guides grassroots nonprofits toward sustainable growth resulting in more lives changed. Since inception, Youth INC has raised $65 million for youth, empowered nearly 170 nonprofits, and impacted the lives of more than 220,000 youth.
