Phil Chuang was IS Director at Sutter Care at Home, the home care affiliate (division) of Sutter Health, an integrated healthcare system based in Northern California. We provide home health, hospice, home medical equipment, and home infusion and pharmacy services throughout Northern California. Our IT team supports our patient care mission by delivering technology solutions that support our clinicians in providing quality care, and business systems that enable financial strength.
