About the Person
Paul Klein started at Rich`s in 1995 as an Information Technology Director, overseeing application development. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Process & Information Officer in 1999, taking over responsibility for all activities involving Rich`s information systems, business process, and enterprise strategic planning. Klein received a bachelor`s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1976. He earned an MBA from Northeastern University, in Boston, in 1978. Before joining Rich`s, he held positions in financial and information systems leadership with both General Motors (1979-1985) and Electronic Data Systems (1986-1995).
