Pete Pappas & Sons has also expanded into farming in Tennessee, with their farm called Smoky Mountain Family Farms. Pete Pappas & Sons is run from a state of the art and fully refrigerated Jessup, MD warehouse spanning a whopping 120,000sf. The company was founded around tomatoes in the 1940s and it has grown to now specialize in many types of premium produce including tomatoes, berries, onions, peppers, melons, local and seasonal produce and even organics.
