Monster Worldwide is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide progressive human resources support for our Product, Technology, and Marketing organizations. The candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees within the corporation and have a history of implementing successful programs across large multi-dimensional organizations. Relationship building, collaboration, business and people acumen, and decisive execution are the keys to be successful in this position.
Essentials Functions:
• Act as a primary HR point of contact for the employees and managers.
• Build a strong business relationship with management and employees while developing a deep understanding of the organizational mission, vision, structure, challenges, and opportunities.
• Adapt and promote best in class practices, foster collaboration across business units, ensure smooth implementations of HR solutions and build the overall capability of the organization.
• Partner with business leadership team to introduce, lead and influence change management and HR initiatives in an effort to drive results and enhance overall performance.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives within designated function teams. Must be able to successfully operate in an organization that operates on both a functional and regional basis
• Provide guidance and counsel on employee relations by actively identifying gaps, making proposals, and implementing changes necessary to mitigate risk.
• Coaching managers and employees on the Performance Management system with a focus on developing manager capability on employing these processes and obtaining best in class results.
• Implement consistent practices across organizations while partnering with HR peers on projects such as succession planning for annual talent review discussions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor`s degree preferred
• 5-7 years of Human Resource experience with recent experience supporting large, fast paced, complex organizations.
• Must be hands-on and capable of delivering results, project managing and implementing strategies to drive HR initiatives.
• Proven business and people acumen, with a strong ability to influence leaders
• Ability to drive HR initiatives in a complex and matrix business environment
• Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, global environment, with a track record of accomplishment with measurable business impact and managing within a matrix environment.
• Proven record in conducting comprehensive needs analysis, organization design and development initiatives, implementing change models and developing organization structures while proactively driving ongoing optimization efforts.
• Excellent project management skills from the planning stage through completion.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills and team building.
• Ability to travel to remote offices as needed.
