About the Person
Mildred Ives comes to DeCA from the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C., where she was chief of its IT service delivery since 2008. She managed Homeland Security’s science and technology directorate, which includes applications, engineering, and operations and maintenance branches. She oversaw activities such as software design, development, testing and project implementation.
