More recently, Votaw was chief Information officer at Harry and David, an Oregon-based online retailer, director of information systems at Abercrombie & Fitch, vice president of information systems at Stein Mart. Votaw, a League City resident, holds a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.
