About the Person

Mr. Mark J. Davies has been the Chief Financial Officer at APX Group Holdings, Inc. and APX Group, Inc. since November 4, 2013. Mr. Davies served as Executive Vice President and President of Global Business Services at Alcoa Inc. from January 2012 to October 2013 and also served as its Chief Procurement Officer and Member of Executive Council until October 2013. He was responsible for implementing new Information Technology and shared services strategies and integrating them with procurement operations into a global organization capable of driving profitable growth for the Alcoa, Inc. He is responsible for Alcoa's Procurement, Shared Services, and Information Technology organizations. Prior to Alcoa, Mr. Davies served as Managing Vice President of Strategic Programs for Dell Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Dell's Global Consumer Group. He began his career at Hewlett Packard in financial operations and ultimately served positions in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Accounting for a number of international operations. Mr. Davies holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University and an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University.
