About the Person

Mandy Edwards is a business-centric leader with a career focused on corporate success and competitive differentiation through technology, systems and data. Most recently, Edwards was the global chief information officer at Sitel. Mandy joined Sitel in February 2009 and she is responsible for all aspects of global information technology, sourcing and real estate. Mandy was born in England and educated in England and Germany, coming to the United States in 1982. Mandy spent 23 years serving in many different IT leadership roles including Global CIO with a General Electric business unit. During her career with GE, Mandy also held senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Call Center Operations. In June 2004, Mandy joined the hospitality industry assuming the role of Global CIO for two of the Wyndham family of companies her tenure concluded with the role of Global CIO for Wyndham Vacation Ownership and also chair of the Wyndham CIO Council where she drove cost and technology synergies across the Wyndham family of companies.
