About the Person
Mahendra Alladi is a visionary technologist in the Software QA and Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) space. He has over 15 years of experience spanning software product design, development and testing, global service delivery and management. Mahendra drives Cigniti’s IP led testing services by building tools, frameworks and utilities that accelerate software test life cycle. He also collaborates with clients to create unique solutions using Cigniti’s IP and leveraging existing commercial and open source software. Prior to Cigniti, Mahendra served as the Vice President of Technology at Gallop Solutions, a company that he co-founded. At Gallop, Mahendra spearheaded the design and development of WinQuick and several other accelerators in the ALM space. He was instrumental in positioning Gallop as a niche vendor and thought leader in the IP driven software testing services and ALM solutions space. Throughout his career in the IT industry, Mahendra worked with world class companies such as Fidelity, Travelocity and i2 Technologies where he was responsible for design and development of complex applications and systems software. Known to have a penchant for excellence Mahendra was an outstanding performer in academics as well. His accomplishments include the score of 99.99 percentile in the All India level GATE exam. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University College of Engineering and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Mahendra believes in practical innovation that makes a concrete, positive impact to the bottom line. He practices and preaches that hard work and commitment to the task always pay off. He enjoys teaching, learning and loves spending time with the family.
