About the Person
Richard Marani, most recently vice president of IT at Ingersoll-Rand PLC, has experience with strategic spinoffs. In the early 2000s, he built out IT systems ahead of the planned separation of Ingersoll’s construction equipment division. Prior to joining Ingersoll-Rand, Mr. Marani held IT posts at General Electric Co. and United Technologies Corp. Marani has served in various leadership and senior management roles over the past 30 years and has a vast knowledge about the IT industry.
