Paul Melde oversees Kuder’s information technology infrastructure and provides leadership, planning, and management for the company’s information technology strategy, development, and implementation. Prior to joining Kuder in 2014, Paul served for 12 years as vice president of technology at Dice Holdings, Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of technology, including operations, infrastructure, and security. During that time he also directed product software development and managed the technology team through the company’s IPO transition. Paul has over 20 years of experience in information technology leadership, application development, and program management. Prior to Dice, he worked for ING (formerly Equitable Life Insurance Company of Iowa), where he led product software development, project management, and business applications teams before being promoted to vice president of information technology for the ING Advisors Network. Paul began his career at Principal Financial Group as a technical analyst. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in the history of technology and science from Iowa State University. He is a fellow of the Life Management Institute and a former director of the Technology Association of Iowa.
