About the Person

Julie A. Bonello is a highly effective leader with experience in healthcare IT, operations, managed care, research and care delivery.  Her career began in nursing at Rush University Medical Center.  Most recently, Julie was CIO at Access Community Health Network (Chicago), one of the nation`s largest federally qualified health center networks providing ambulatory services for 40 health centers in Chicagoland.  A champion of EHR adoption, she is a presenter on the subject and has been a panelist for the National Institute of Health CTSA Community Engagement Conference and the Telehealth Panel for Leadership Greater Chicago.   As CIO of Rush Health, Julie will provide the vision and leadership for developing, implementing and leveraging IT strategies.
