About the Person

Joseph Thomas was assistant vice president of Bank Systems for USAA Information Technology. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Manchester in England where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Accounting. He is also a graduate of the BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, widely considered to be the most advanced executive education program in the industry.
