John Realini has held leadership positions in multiple industries including Technology Consulting, Packaging, Retail distribution, and Healthcare. With a focus on business strategy, innovation, and results; Realini has successfully lead teams ranging in size from 3 to 40+ and has architected the replacement of an entire suite information systems on a global scale. Realini has deep technical expertise in network design, unified communications, cloud systems architecture, electronic commerce, and business application systems. As Director of Information Systems at the Primex Family of Companies (CIO Equivalent), Realini oversees the development and implementation of the enterprise technology investment strategy and provides strategic direction to multiple business divisions. Realini serves as a member of the Executive leadership team and the Executive Advisory Board where he is focused on creating value for a growing Healthcare Compliance Solutions division. His involvement includes not only Information Technology but also encompasses Human Resources talent management seeking to identify, recruit and retain top talent in all functional areas of the organization. He is also involved in New Product Roadmap advisory, Market Analysis for Acute Care and Retail Pharmacy, and he works closely with external Customers to integrate technology solutions into complex healthcare environments.
