John co-founded TeleMedia Strategy Group after a long and distinguished career encompassing strategy development, business consulting, product development, market launch, operations, engineering, and technical support of telecommunications service providers. He is a visionary technologist, respected author, patent-pending innovator, and subject matter expert in development and integration of business and operational support systems (B/OSS), workforce management (WFM), network management systems (NMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems utilizing TMF, NGOSS, and other industry standard models. John has held executive positions with: 1) major Communications Service Providers (CSPs), 2) leading Systems Integrators (SIs), and 3) Independent Software Vendors (ISVs); including Amdocs, GTE (now Verizon), AT&T, CapRock Communications (acquired by McLeod), Netvoice Technologies, Viryanet, Wang Global, and FieldDispatch.com (acquired by One Network Enterprises). These experience give him a unique perspective (and capability) for the communications industry and its evolution. Prior to TSG, John was Vice President of Strategy, Service Management (OSS), and Digital Services for Amdocs Consulting Division. While with Amdocs, John helped lead the corporate OSS penetration strategy that resulted in the $375M acquisition of Cramer Systems and was on the acquisition team when Amdocs acquired Bridgewater. John is the author of “Integrating Service Level Agreements: Optimizing Your OSS for SLA Delivery”, published by John Wiley and Sons (available on Amazon.com). In 2010, he was the inventor and primary patent applicant for his invention: “Digital Download Certification”. John's work with start-up companies and divisions directly contributed to the initial public offerings (IPOs) of CapRock Communications (CLEC) and Viryanet (WFM), in addition to the private equity sale of FieldDispatch.com
