About the Company

Caregiver, Inc. is one of the largest providers of support services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury in the United States. We currently operate in Texas and Tennessee under multiple local brands, including: Daybreak Community Services Unified Care Group Southern Concepts River Gardens St. Giles Omni Support Services/Caregiver of Tennessee Our Mission is "Enabling people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead their unique lives with dignity, independence and inclusion." We believe in recruiting, training and developing the best people to support the individuals we serve; enabling them with tools and technology to provide individualized supports. We care deeply about the people we serve and strive to serve their unique goals and dreams. We work with integrity, accountability, transparency, and compassion in everything we do, because we understand those we serve have a choice in providers. We offer residential, intermediate care facility, supported living/foster care, day support, community integration and employment support services in both Texas and Tennessee. In addition, Caregiver has a newly developed Behavioral Support Services team supporting those we serve in Texas.
