About the Person

Joe Walkuski is the Chairman and CTO of TEXbase. He and his team are committed to building the most advanced supply chain SaaS offerings for the apparel, footwear and consumer products industries.

Joe founded TEXbase in 2002, after first developing the initial technology in 1995 to support product quality requirements at Patagonia’s Advanced Concept Development Center.  Joe led textile research and development at Patagonia for thirteen years, and is well-known for industry-first textile innovations including recycled materials and organic cotton.  Joe holds a US patent and has won numerous awards for his contributions to the textile and apparel industries.

Walkuski is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
