The mission of the OWRB is to enhance the quality of life for Oklahomans by managing, protecting, and improving the state`s water resources to ensure clean, safe, and reliable water supplies, a strong economy, and a healthy environment. The mission of Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is to manage and conserve the natural and cultural resources of Texas and to provide hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation opportunities for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.
