About the Person

Herb Stortz serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for ValueCentric, leading the company’s Information Technology (IT) strategy, including Development, Technical Operations and Quality Assurance efforts. Most recently Herb was a Senior IT Executive at Delaware North Company where he led the development of the strategic IT plan and focused intensely on the IT department’s personnel stabilization and development.  Prior to that he was the CTO at Liazon Company, an IT start-up that has grown substantially in the Western New York area.  Herb provided the strategic technology leadership and the technology roadmap for the company.  He also held senior roles at Medical Management Services and Adelphia Communications where he was the Vice President of Information Technology Systems Development.  Herb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from MIT and completed MBA Graduate Studies at the University of Miami.
