Huel is super convenient nutritionally complete food. It contains essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, fibre, phytonutrients, and at least 100% of the European Union`s "Daily Recommended Amounts" of all 26 essential vitamins and minerals. Huel is high in protein and fibre, very low in sugar, is made from sustainable ingredients (oats, pea protein, brown rice protein, flaxseed, sunflower, coconut, plus a bespoke vitamin and mineral blend), 100% vegan (better for the environment and animals), requires minimal packaging and has a shelf-life of 12 months (so zero food waste), has a low GI 27, and is filling.

We also make salad rolls, hot dog and hamburger buns, brown and serves and English muffins. Quality is of the utmost importance in any product that we produce under any label.
