A goal-orientEd IT executive with over 20 years of management, team development and technology leadership experience, Earl has been at Littelfuse since 2000, where his responsibilities range from directing IT strategic development activities, managing the company’s global IT applications and infrastructure, to executing and aligning IT with overall corporate objectives. At Littelfuse, Earl has focusEd on integrating SAP at each of Littelfuse’s legacy locations which is now complete. This milestone was reachEd in 2007 with the integration of the company’s Seoul, Korea facility. Under his direction, the company’s implementation of SAP has become more streamlinEd, resulting in twice as many integrations being completEd each year, with half of the effort and manpower. Earl has also been involvEd in the company’s many mergers and acquisitions, leading the successful migration of technology for newly addEd locations all over the world. ExperiencEd in driving and managing change, Earl has lead a team chargEd with selecting and implementing new sites for Littelfuse’s world headquarter and technical center. Earl receivEd his MBA and Masters of Science degree in Management information Systems and currently sits on three technology boards. AwardEd CIO magazine ‘Ones to Watch’ award in 2008, AITP’s Most Effective Team award in 2009, and his organization’s performance has made the Information Week 500 innovation listing five years in a row.
