About the Company

About the Person

Douglas Chapman has nearly three decades of experience in the electric utility industry. Prior to joining the NYISO, he served as Executive Director of IT Infrastructure for the Mid-Continent Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO) since 2012. He previously held the Vice President of Information Technology role and other leadership positions for National Grid. He began his electric utility career with National Grid`s predecessor, Niagara Mohawk.   Mr. Chapman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo`s School of Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the Syracuse University College of Engineering.
