About the Person
Doug Gilbert serves as the Chief Information Officer for ABM, a Fortune 500 facilities management, providing technology solutions for ABM’s 100,000 employee workforce. As CIO, Doug Gilbert manages all aspects of technology, focusing on business transformation, workforce transformation, and IT transformation. As part of the ABM’s technology transformation, Doug was responsible for one of the largest implementations of the JD Edwards ERP system, the implementation of business analytics and the restructuring of a substantial IT outsourcing agreement. Doug is also tasked with leading the IT integration efforts of all of ABM’s numerous acquisitions. Prior to ABM, Doug was also the Chief information officer for OneSource Management Inc., with over 28,000 employees and $850M in revenue until its acquisition by ABM. Doug’s background and education were in development and mathematics, and has served in many senior IT roles heading development and security for several fortune 100 companies. Doug has been published in various magazine publications identifying security vulnerabilities in major systems.
