Daniel P. Friel serves as the Chief Information Officer of International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. Mr. Friel served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Market Operations of International Securities Exchange Inc. Mr. Friel joined the ISE in 1999. From 1977 to 1999, he was with Securities Industry Automation Corporation, or SIAC, a jointly owned subsidiary of the NYSE and AMEX. From 1994 to 1999, he was Vice President of SIACs Amex Computer Operations. Prior to 1994, he held management positions at SIAC. A graduate of Cathedral College of the Immaculate Conception, he holds a B.A. degree in Psychology.
