Christie Borchin was currently Acting Deputy Director of the Office of Professional Development for the Department of Technology. Borchin has served as the Agency CIO for CalVet where she chaired the Information Technology Executive Committee (ITEC) since November 2010. Prior to that she was CIO of the California Department of Insurance from July 2008 to October 2010.
