About the Person
Camille Roussel has spent 10 years in the Information Technology (IT) field in a variety of capacities from an instructor to upgrading and overhauling technology infrastructures. His most recent role was the Director of Information Technology for The Village at Rockville. He modernized the overall IT infrastructure, along with integrating new software and capabilities to lead the charge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation. Camille spent three years in that position before joining NLCS as Chief Information Officer. Prior to working in the NLCS family, he served the U.S. Army for four years as an Information Management Officer and Section Leader in Fairbanks, Alaska and Mosul, Iraq. He also taught Microsoft, Adobe and Linux courses at the Institute for Instructional Technology. Camille who is fluent in French and a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP), holds degrees from the University of Maryland, including a B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. in Technology Management and an M.B.A.
