Mr. McVey served as Vice President, Business Management, Chief Financial Officer of IT Sector at Northrop Grumman Corp. and served as its Controller since September 1, 2004 and served as Vice President, Information Technology (IT) sector of Northrop Grumman Corporation since September 1, 2004. Mr. McVey joined Northrop Grumman in 1978 and served as Vice President and Business Manager for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Naval Systems division of Northrop Grumman`s Electronic Systems sector. Mr. McVey earned his bachelor`s degree in business administration and accounting, and a master`s in business administration, from Loyola College, Baltimore, Md. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
