Andy Swenson is Executive Practice Leader for Technology, bringing over 30 years of experience organizing and managing technology resources for US and international firms. Andy is an expert in aligning information technology with organizational growth strategies and building bottom line results. His success lies in building effective teams leveraging systems to drive sales and operational efficiencies, and has specific expertise in enterprise security. In 2012, Andy founded The Delbridge Group to leverage the capabilities of a broad network of technology professionals. Previously, as CIO for Vology, Inc, Andy enabled substantial revenue growth in US, European and Latin America in multiple markets through the management and deployment of IT resources. He was CIO for Tribridge, Inc where he managed over 300 IT professionals in 14 US and European offices supporting 1,700 client relationships and facilitating a CAGR of more than 50%. During several years as VP, CIO at Sykes Enterprises, Andy implemented online client retention and development systems retaining over $20M revenues. Andy is a member of several boards including the Information Systems Security Association, and a frequent industry speaker. He holds a BS Magna Cum Laude from Coleman College.
