About the Person
Barbara-Ann Winner is the Chief Technology Officer at Sandata Technologies. In this position, Mrs. Winner is responsible for product strategy, solution architecture, application development, quality assurance, information security, and technical infrastructure. As an experienced technology executive in the healthcare industry, she is responsible for technical operations and also establishes the future vision for Sandata’s technology solutions. Prior to joining Sandata, Barbara-Ann held senior technology roles at several healthcare solution companies, including Next Mile, Allscripts, and Eclipsys. Earlier in her career Barbara-Ann spent more than 15 years in various leadership roles in technology companies like Microsoft, LoudCloud, and Netscape, where she was instrumental in the development and deployment of advanced technologies. She is a Certified Information Security Manager, a privacy advocate, and volunteers her time assisting various organizations that are dedicated to protecting today’s young adults online. Barbara-Ann earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Computing from the University at Albany. She lives with her family and two dogs on Long Island.
