Our company, Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. was formed in May 2012 when we acquired 57 KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Alberta and Manitoba from Priszm Income Fund, and were granted the franchise rights to operate these stores by YUM! Canada Inc. In July of the same year, our company acquired an additional 65 KFC stores in Quebec, under an affiliate, Olympus Food Canada Inc. The Ramcar Food Group holds the master franchise rights for KFC in the Philippines, with more than 260 locations across the country.
