Prior to Dice, he worked for ING (formerly Equitable Life Insurance Company of Iowa), where he led product software development, project management, and business applications teams before being promoted to vice president of information technology for the ING Advisors Network. Paul began his career at Principal Financial Group as a technical analyst. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in the history of technology and science from Iowa State University. He is a fellow of the Life Management Institute and a former director of the Technology Association of Iowa.
