Andy and Rachel Berliner started the company in their California farmhouse kitchen in 1987, and they named it after their newborn daughter, Amy. Their first product was a vegetable pot pie with a flaky, homestyle crust. Today, we are still family-owned, but we now make more than 250 products, and we sell our homestyle foods in over 23 different countries. Co-owner and founder, Veronica Garza, started making the tortillas several years ago after committing to a gluten-free diet to alleviate symptoms of lupus and other autoimmune conditions. The tortillas were a big help in allowing her to continue enjoying meals like Mexican fajitas and breakfast tacos with her family and friends in Laredo, Texas. Siete is owned by Aida, Veronica, and Miguel Garza and operates out of a completely gluten free kitchen in Austin, Texas.
