Win has made recent breakthrough discoveries in mobile and web application technology for the healthcare experience, based on the GoogleNow paradigm. He also established the largest and most scalable operational data store for healthcare claims and eligibility data. He is a graduate of Purdue University, where he received bachelor’s degrees in computer electrical engineering and electrical engineering with a research focus in artificial intelligence systems.
