About the Person
As President & CTO of Encoda, Bill Cox oversees Encoda’s platform, operations and development direction. A veteran of the healthcare technology industry, Mr. Cox has more than 20 years of experience in general business management, business strategy, software product development and project management. In 2004, Mr. Cox co-founded Encoda with partner Robert Lee. Prior to founding Encoda, Mr. Cox held various executive-level positions within the WebMD Corporation, and was responsible for managing the technical support and engineering staff for the company’s 99 facilities and 11 data centers throughout the United States. At Lee Data Systems, he held various positions within the organization including Director of Technology Services.
