Tri-County Health Care (TCHC) is a not-for-profit, private organization with services offered through Tri-County Hospital (TCH), a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Wadena and clinics in Bertha, Henning, Ottertail, Sebeka and Wadena; and Emergency Medical Services through Tri-County Hospital EMS. The Wadena medical community has had a strong tradition of providing an array of primary health care services since 1925. TCHC provides comprehensive health care to the people of Wadena, northern Todd and eastern/central Otter Tail counties. The TCHC service area is considered to be 25,000 people within a 25-mile radius of Wadena.
